	Facebook YouTube Website	Solo Sessions (UK) was founded by Sasha Corbin an English Netball International player. Solos Sessions are sharing at home sessions via their facebook page and their YouTube channel.

	Facebook YouTube Website	PE with Joe (The Body Coach) A UK Personal Trainer Joe is delivering "PE with Joe" 30 minute workouts each day. With the time zone difference you can simply pick your workout time and use the previous days video released via YouTube.
