Please note that should you decide to withdraw your child's application after the Downey Park registration due date.

You will forfeit $203 which is the Downey Park/Netball Queensland component of the registration fees; and
Phoenix Administration processing fee of $200 may be applied at the discretion of the Phoenix committee.
